i hope you realize that although it appears to be generating energy, the alternator users more energy from the engine in a car than is yielded by the combustion of HHO in the cylinder.
All the action is happening at the surface of the plates. Maybe your surface area should be larger while the thickness of the plates become thinner this allows for less resistance on the electrons flowing through the metal. Maybe using metal foil instead of a solid piece of metal for the plates themselves. You could use a lexan or acrylic sheet with the metal foil surrounding it. Something that will not oxidize. Start thinking on the atomic level.

@redviper101 I Agree! A good idea is also to use a low resistance conductor like sirlver or gold or copper for the price.
