2005 Scion tC - Injen Intake and TRD Exhaust - Pulling Away

I like the sound. I just bought an 06 tC and am looking to see what performance people are getting with the different mods. How about fuel economy? Any improvement with increased airflow?

Can someone explain to me why people get the TRD Exhaust and Injen intake? Is anything wrong with the TRD Intake? I want both TRD parts. I have the TRD Exhaust I would like to have the TRD Intake... Does the TRD intake produce the loud noise as well as HP/torque gain that the injen one does?

@masonmcglasson It's not that the TRD one is bad - but it is really just a rebadged AEM intake anyway. So you're getting an AEM intake with a TRD badge for a little more money. No matter which one you choose, the power gains are very minimal anyway. You might be able to claim 6-8 whp with any of them, but it's not really noticeable. Just loud. So buy what ever you want. They're all nearly the same.

man when u install the intake it gets real loud but in a niiiice way... this video really didnt show the noise level the intake really gets
