Neurofeedback was tested on cats, once upon a time. It was found, quite accidentally, that the cats had successfully raised their seizure threshold. You need a very rigid protocol for it to work (strict Pavlovian reward stuff). A solid research scientist can get it done.

Sounds like snake oil to me. Their not going to understand and the sensation of the sensors on them would drive them crazy.
