  • how do you make other people look like you? your 2 abilities are smoke and charge

  • @psychoticsquidface: Blender Perk

  • I know this sounds dumb, but how are you able to tell who your pursuers are so easily?

  • @TheValiantBob: A combination of the "whispers" and watching for suspicious behaviour.

  • how did u get that persona?

  • Really good video. Thank you for making it. Definitely one of the better strategy vidoes for games out there.

  • can u answer a question please.. how do you make the one who is beside you look like ur self? 3:17 please answer !!!! :)

  • @TheeSherminator: Blender perk. I've answered this question quite a few times in the comments.

  • @Gbiese okey thx, but how do u use those blender perks ? , on the xbox i have no idea how to use them .. :S , and btw the charge thing u have on " RB " , what does it do rly? is it stunning or only charging please explain :d

  • @TheeSherminator: Equip it in your profile sets. It makes one NPC change to your persona. Charge stuns pursuers and will also kill your target.

  • @Gbiese please tell me how do you use the perk ? im a pretty new player , and i just dont understand what buttons u should klick on and stuff plz tell how i use it and wich button it is :)

  • @TheeSherminator: Go to Customise in the menu, then profile sets. When you have unlocked it, then equip them. Its not hard.

  • muito bom cara muito bom

  • Benrheeful its when your pursuer is close you hear whisper

  • what are whispers if anybody can ask me i would be so grateful for it

  • THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I watched this video and used your strategy. I had 3200 points in wanted, by 5 minutes and had only died TWICE!!!! Then i used the same tactics when my target was infront of me, and my hunter was behind him, i dropped a smoke bomb(also from your stradegy) killed my target, then stunned the other guy. I've gotten so many stuns thanks to watching the area, and given up way less deaths.

  • Your clearly boss, i mean that double stun on the prowler and the Priest was cool, then that escape and kill at the same time was awsome

  • New player with 2 big questions:

How were you able to jog up to the target multiple times without losing Incognito? (1:50)

How is it you can instantly identify those who are and aren't your persuers as soon as they so much as brush the screen? (the Courtesan at 6:32 and 10:48 for example)

  • @MichaelJ9999: For the pursuers, i use the whispers and suspicious behaviour. It takes practice, but can easily be learned well.

With the Incognito question, there are times when you can retain the bonus when you perform "not so full" high profile actions (tapping the RT while moving)

  • @Gbiese I just wanna say this video and the defensive positions ones made me a better player overnight. I've realised that you don't have to constantly be stalking new targets with tunnel vision focus to maintain a strong position during a game; and I've switched target observation to a secondary focus when I have 2+ pursuers or can hear whispers. As a result I get 'savior' intercepted less and get way more stuns.

However there's another thing I'd like to ask about:

    (continued)

  • @Gbiese Sometimes even when I'm not hearing any whispers, a guy might still walk up and kill me. Is there any understanding of what does and doesn't trigger whispers?

Are whispers triggered by the lock system for example? or fast walk approaches? maybe whisperless approaches are done by using blended approaches....

Against the more informed players, it'd help to understand how to approach them without giving them a 'heads up'.

  • @MichaelJ9999: The strength of the whispers are determined by the approach of the pursuer. If said pursuer is approaching within a blend group, or sometimes disguised, then the whispers will be lower. If they remain Incognito, the same effect will happen.

  • What do these whispers sound like?

  • Im new to the game and I don't understand what you mean by whispers. Can someone explain that to me.

  • @ballerking573 When your pursuers get within 20 meters of you ambient whispers tell you that they're close. You might have to turn up music volume to hear it.

  • Wait what's a whisper?

  • great vid man

  • what should we do with the people that run on rooftops without doing anything?

  • how are you using blend? is that a perk or an ability?

  • @Reuter14: A perk. It's passive, unlike Abilities which are actively controlled by the player. Equip Blender in the Profile Set menu.

  • I hear you say sometimes about how you heard them whisper. what do you mean?

  • @Gbiese Congrats on over 35k views on this video and joining Machinima Respawn

  • @JTS812: Thanks you :D

  • Hey Esco. I just noticed the game invite at the start of the video from our good friend, Kardinal Luzifer.

  • @onehappyman916: LOL! ;-)

  • @onehappyman916 LMAO i was just about to say the same XD

  • What are the specific perks are you using in your sets Esco?

I see Wanted, Wanted Alt, Manhunt Offense, Manhunt Defense & Poison

  • For Wanted, i use either Mute or Charge, coupled with Long Lasting Smoke. I use Overall Cooldowns and Blender.

Manhunt Offense = Templar Vision and RR disguise, Silent Hunt and Resistance

Manhunt Defense = Charge and Long Lasting Smoke

  • @Gbiese thank you sah

  • @Gbiese thank you sah

  • how do you no when someone is a enemy? cause u stunned alot but couldnt see how u knew.

  • @Noel402 i noticed that too, but obviously hes level 50 for a reason. as he said its all about observation, its all the subtle things that give pursuers away. e.g. 9:04 - check the harlequin in the archway, before he tries to be subtle and walks, he kinda botched his approach by spinning around like a spazz lol. but other times i was so confuzzled how he knew who was an enemy even if the were é volpe (see what i did there xD), its probably experience from playing and it grows on you lol

  • @LulzMania1 Oh wow had to watch like 10 times to see wat the harlequin did lol. Still amazes me though xD

  • Hey, great tutorial, however how do you deal with opponents on roof tops? This is especially difficult on modes such as Assassinate where a lot of the people just run around on roof tops, waiting for a person to pass by. I think that it kinda defeats the point of being stealthy.

  • @F334R: For roof monkeys, best way is to learn the map inside out. Then learn the best way to cut them off. If they are camping the roof, use throwing knives to sloe them down, or knock them off.

  • should i get assassins creed brotherhood or cod black ops??

  • @Ryan1849 brotherhood dude. Brotherhoods's multiplayer is so addicting and black op's just gets boring.

  • @Fatmanfromfallout3 i'll buy this game first and then i'll get black ops later

  • I'd really like to start playing AC.

    but i have few questions:

    1) should i start from the ACB or the basic,or it's just up to me?

    2) on what consoles is this game available?

    Thanks for the answers!

  • I use to be awesome at wanted...then i tried assassinate and its now my favorite game mode. You are like really a GREAT at wanted you could most likely beat anyone

  • ahhahaha yesterday i was against 2 guys with hidden guns, but they were noob i just stood next to them and got the focus without being stunned lol :D

  • This is one of the best gameplay tuts. I've ever seen. It really helped me since I just started playing ACB again after months of not touching it. I am having a hard time unlocking Rapid Reload Mute via the Hit and Run challenge though. What would you say is the best way/game mode to unlock it. I made Grand Master in a day and now no one runs after me anymore. :(

  • @BaD87KaRMa: Thanks. As for RR Mute, its a tough one, you just have to keep on using it and hopefully you'll unlock it. It takes everyone a while at first.

  • One thing I think deserves to be mentioned: When blending in a stationary group, try to stand nonchalantly in relation to the other personas. Many times, I've been able to easily pick out which enemy is my target by guessing the one standing square in the middle, or the one that looks out of place. That said, position yourself well. If they're standing in a circle talking, gentle push one of them to make a space for you that makes it look like a perfectly symmetrical, impossible-to-tell group.

  • Mhmm, 2 Dislikes... I wonder if he's created a second account? lol

  • @Murcuseo: Haha, most of my vids seem to have 2 dislikes. Oh well, clearly he has nothing better to do. Or maybe someone genuinely dislked the video :P

  • @Gbiese Only thing I dislike was the use of charge. :p

I just hate it. Oh well, mute works well for me.

  • @FrontlinerDelta: I use mute too. This is a tutorial vid. Not a gameplay showcase.

  • @Gbiese I understand, just giving you a hard time. =]

  • are these games in servers?

  • What would you say the best setup is?

I'm currently running Long Last Smoke Bomb, Long Last Charge, Wall Runner (only got perk 1 unlocked) +300 3 kill streak and reset cooldowns..... Only lvl 29 at the mo.

Would you recommend in trying to get Rapid Reload Charge? Bare in mind not my people use morph?

Loved the vid though, has really helped my game!

  • @dlusted: Depends on what your playstyle is. I usually use either Charge or Mute and a Smokebomb because i focus on getting the lead, then playing defence. That setup you listed is pretty good. Once you unlock Blender and Overall cooldowns, put them in :D

  • @Gbiese My playstyle is pretty much similar to yours, just sometimes hard to find that perfect setup to attack AND counter-act with the matchmaking putting in lvl 1s to lvl 50s

Does the "Blender" perk make a copy in a moving group too? And when you personally enter moving groups (and static for that matter), how do you normally position yourself?

Thanks again, and have followed you on twitter too ;)

  • @dlusted: Blender makes one persona change into a copy of you in both moving and stationary groups. It is very handy and versatile. When i enter blend groups, i usually position myself in a position to give me maximum field of vision. So in stationary ones, usually with my back to a wall, facing outwards (or looking at chasebreakers)

In moving groups, i try and stay in the middle of the group, although each situation is different.

  • @Gbiese blend group or moving blend group?

    That is my question lol!

  • @FrazierboiX: Stationary blend group. I prefer them and have better control.

  • Comment removed

  • @iTzContactz there is a perk called blender that always turns one dude in the blend group into a clone.

  • Really nice vid men, congrats to 30.000 views, i will use all of your commentarys and help here to improve my playing in multiplayer, would be nice if we would play together on xbox 360 sometime :)

  • @FeBurnsRed: Thanks :-)

  • Another interesting point is how to position yourself and your clone in a blend group, at e.g. 5:30, you stand with your back to the wall, the runner assumed you would have blended with the group as early as possible, so he chose the figure that was closer to the edge of the wall where he lost his line of sight to you.

Generally, it always works to kind of lead the train of thoughts of your pursuer by this.

But back to your video, its great work, really!

  • Very nice video man. 30,000 views ! wow

  • @TheShenmue36: Thanksman, appreciate the comment :-)

    .....

    .....

    .....

    COMBAT!

  • @itzcontactz: The Blender perk. Abilities are active, Perks are passive.

  • How did you make a random guy your copy when you didnt have any abilities that do that?

  • excellent work, as always. you probably are one of the best at this game

  • I found this really helpful. And as for the 50% of getting shot part, I'm guessing it's because the copy was in the back, and blocked by the guy in the front, so he may have never noticed the other guy.

  • WHY IS MY HUD TURNED OFF PLEASE HELP ME ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY LIKE THIS IM SO FUCKING PISSED OFF

  • WOW!!! This helped me so much!!! Even though I knew what to do I can never pull it off 100% correctly!!! You are ace at this game!!!! Keep making videos! All your fans are behind you!!!

  • you are like the best player in this game!

  • Great job with the tutorial Esco! I think highlighting the players will definitely help those who have a hard time picking out players from NPCs. :)

  • very very good work.

  • This...is...an...awsome...vid! :D

    Subscribed! and please makemore!

    and you're a beast btw!

  • Excellent tutorial Esco, and the one obvious observation is that if you are running away from your pursuers then don't run toward your target, if you can that is

  • @DeadThePoet: Thank you :-)

  • Very informative video, I liked it a lot. That said, I do hope you'll follow up on this video with an "Advanced Tactics" one where you take on top ranked players. Your opponents here are of the lowest ranks, start chases left and right and use their Gun not ten feet away from you. Of course you dominated them. I'd like to see your tactics against top 100 players who know what they're doing and are (almost) as good as you are... that would be something to behold, I'm sure!

  • @MovingOnDown: I'll try and set something up.

  • @Gbiese if you wanted to try to set up something on ps3, The Reckoners would be more than happy to assist. We are all very efficient wanted players and it would be a good test of tactics IMO.

  • Question: What are the whispers you talk about?? I can't hear anything when you say that.

  • @Seversher the whispers r in ur music setting under general options..turn ur music all the way up,and voices and sound effects all the way down..the whispers start when ur pursuer gets close..once u recognize the whispers, they will help you tremendously.they r not clear words, and not to sound too much like a dork, but they sound like someone speaking parsletongue(harry potter).

  • very good job

  • How can i now get DLC if playstation store is down >.< ' !

  • Any chance you could do a tips video on spotting pursuers from AI when playing defensive also maybe some tips on getting the stun

  • how do you KNOW whether a person running is actually your PURSUER or just another player?...

  • @TheEthan0077 usually they'll have a big red arrow over their head.

  • Is it ok if I add your gamertag? I really liked this video, and I would like to face you in brotherhood to refresh my skills. I haven't played in a while

  • Great gameplay + really great tips mate :)

  • How do you know if someone is pursuing you?

  • @krashmckiwi there is a square bar with red triangles in it at the top left corner of the screen.

  • @MyKingBeast but how do you know where the person is, or if they're near you?

  • whats tht ur character is using to kill some1 doesnt look like a gun

  • @llllb2: The Pariah. He comes as part of 4 new characters in the new DLC called Da Vinci Disappearance

  • @Gbiese what characters are in that DLC?

  • Hey Esco. Don't dog my poison!

  • Very Cool video! :))

  • @TheOneBigSmile: Thanks :-)

  • I was curious about what you said about "whispers". What are these? I don't know that I have come across these before... what are they that I need to keep a look out for?

  • GREAT STUFF AS ALWAYS !!! I can only expect the best from you Esco!!

  • @GamersBeverage: Thanks

  • facebook brought me here :3 anyways, is it not recommended for me to have Templar Vision and Hidden Gun? I get low points on them, but last night I became first. But for 2000 plus score only. You had 6000+ score I think, and that was awesome! :D

  • just always use poison u will get high score i think

  • @DekaSurvive: Poison is just one way to score highly. I rarely use poison and achieve the same result.

  • concept seems cool implementation not so much

  • @tanonginosibalasi I'm always looking for feedback on my editing, so if there's specific things that you think weren't implemented well, don't hesitate to elaborate. ;)

  • @Murcuseo not so much on you but the concept of the brotherhood multiplayer itself

  • Absolutely fantastic video Esco, I'd been wondering where you'd gone. Lots of hard work paid off.

  • @EnragedGiraffe: Thank you, really appreciate it :D

  • What does he mean when he says "hearing whispers"? Does that happen in the game? If so, I have been playing ALL wrong!

  • Really cool thamks

  • how do you know if they are targets or pursures?

  • @ghostnappa32: You are given a picture of your target in the top right corner. You then use the compass at the bottom to find them. You never quite know who your pursuer is, but you can use other techniques to spot them (assuming they don't give themselves away)

  • @Gbiese ok thanks man

  • Very well done, very easy to follow!

  • i dont understand how you can run straight to a pursuer and getting your stun. Because, the assassination always prevails on the stun .. so .. what ? does that mean that the pursuer simply didnt press his kill button ? it litteraly NEVER happens for me. Especially for that triple at the beginning, how come the second pursuer do not press the kill button ??

Very interresting vid overall but could you explain more about these stuns ? thx

  • @siddbastard

He's bashing them ( don't know the english translation correctly ), as you can see in the bottom left corner when he does it.

  • @KindOfRocka1 @siddbastard: It is the Charge ability. It will automatically stun your pursuer, or kill your target when activated.

  • I really liked the editing and corresponding commentary you did on this one!

  • at 9:10 how did he know that harlequin was chasing him???

  • @walidvibe If you listen carefully, whispers start at the exact time he walks into Esco's line of sight

  • @CoolestLoserEver10 can't really hear em in this vid but i'll try to pay attention the next time I play =) thanks

  • Thanks so much for posting this! After you mentioned whispers in the video I looked it up and tried it out for myself.. It's massively improved my performance in matches! They seem so obvious now, I can't believe I never noticed them before! =P You rock! I'd love to play you sometime, my gamertag is Gabigail if you ever fancy a match Xx

  • Thanks for posting this! It makes me much more confident about jumping into AC: Brotherhood multiplayer when I finally get my hands on the game. :)

  • freaking good gameplay i have two questions: is this tips are also for ps3 and the armor persona and your persona arent in ps3 so i want to know their names

  • @MrRodinhas84: yep, the tips work on ps3 as well. Also, the character i'm using is from the new DLC.

  • one word....PRO!!!

  • Great video Andie. The editing work was impressive.

  • @missyoober: Thanks for always being super supportive Missy, you rock!

  • Beastly gameplay. I learned a lot.

  • VERY GOOD ESCO!! plz if you can open a lobby for your subbs when you got the time.

  • @donatshabani: That's a great idea. I'll look into the logistics of this :D

  • What kind of smoke bomb do you use?

  • @yoshawzy123: I switch between Rapid Reload Smoke and Long Lasting Smoke when i play Wanted. For Team modes, i always use Long Lasting Smoke.

  • One of your oponents disliked this.

  • You're really good! awesome

  • bastibatista disliked this video

  • Another quality Video by the Master :p <3 ya work!

  • @M1ssChievous: Many thanks Jenna XD

  • how did you do the highlights, with what program??

  • @Gbiese At 12:15 where you get shot and say it is a guess, it might very well not be. If you're far away from your target but in the line of sight and characters start appearing at the horizon, human controlled characters are shown before NPC's are. So he may have spotted you this way and did not guess at all. Great video!

  • @TheRoebidoebi: Yeah true. I thought of that afterwards. Thanks :-)

  • u play this game very nice .i just hope i could play half of you >.< . i always dieing . last man in the scoreboard :(( . any tips ??

  • For those asking about the whispers, if you listen from 1:13 to 1:16, just as i kill the Priest, you can hear them get louder. They sound...kinda spooky!

  • sorry bout that..i really wanted to know how you knew persuers beforehand?

btw great work love your vids

  • @crazystudioz: Whispers...and practice. By placing myself in a stationary group, and watching for suspicious behaviour, i can pick out ppursuers early, combined with the whispers. Takes practice, but is very do-able.

  • which character is that? I cant tell with the gear hes wearing and ive never seen the reg kills be pistol kills.

  • @KurtisTheGuy: The Pariah. He's 1 of 4 new characters, part of the newest Da Vinci DLC.

  • how do you know who your targets are beforehand??

  • @crazystudioz: the compass. You also get a picture of your target in the top roght hand corner of the screen.

  • bow down to the pro

  • What are these whispers you are talking about? Im lvl 50 on PC, but i have never noticed them...

  • @laadidaaaa1 Like all abilities, It's just a matter of timing. Assassinate will always trump stun, so even if you use Charge, if they've pressed the Assassinate button before you, they'll win. Start using it a little earlier. It's a bit like Mute, in it's timing. you want to use it while closing down your target/pursuer rather than letting them come to you.

  • The Blender perk seems awesome. A Level 30 unlock is it? Think I'll have to get back into it now PS online is back.

  • I wont play against you man, you're hardcore! :D

  • @AnkhLady69: Hahaha, i'm not all that good, but i play well enough. Thanks for the compliment, and checking out the video :D

  • @Gbiese: Well.. thanks to your video, i've increased my Wanted score with 500-1000points per session :D btw, I actually played against you a couple of hours after I sent you that comment. It was a close battle. :D But you saw me coming every time! It was one of the first times I really got my ass kicked in ACB! :/

  • @AnkhLady69: I do remember indeed. You played well, and i recognised you name. Thanks for a great game :-)

  • @Gbiese :)

  • You sir you are the best of the best

  • A very nicely made vid, appreciate the tips.
