@Plocky241 The r18 is a 1.8l which comes in all 8th gen models accept the SI. The SI has a k20 engine which is a 2.0 l with a dohc V-tec. The Dohc V-tec is variable valve timing and switches the car to a whole new set up cam shafts at higher rpms giving the car alot more power. Baiscaly the civic si is alot faster
Did that weapon R intake give it enough power to notice it accelerates faster? Whats the 0-60 time now with it? Please let me know, would be helpful :-).
I did notice more power, and also it made the car sound like it has turbo, you can hear all the air going in, I don't think you hear it in the video. From 0-60 don't know the time but trust me is worth it, you feel it faster MORE POWER. Also I don't know if you have a catback exhaust but that also gave the car more power. see my other video. :)
does the check engine light came out when you installed the header?
