  • NOW THIS IS WHAT I CALL GODDAMNED FUCKING REAL MUSIC!!!

  • Man this guy even now days knows how to straight up RIPPPP it out on the mic. Incredibly strong voice.

  • This rocks!!!

  • Singer sounds exactly as Bon Scott only much more technical nd with a very higer range...but Bon Came first so...

  • brian johnson rulezz!

  • 80's, baby.

  • Marc Storace has one of the best voices in Heavy Metal. God bless you Marc where ever you are.

  • contrary to what some might think, these guys were in fact in the top twenty most popular rock acts in the world at one point in their career during the early eighties sharing the list with Ozzy, AC/DC, Iron Maiden, etc etc. There are quite a few incorrect facts about rock music out there guys. krokus did extremely well considering they got one helluva lot less hype in the then music press than some of the others. A few more songs about old nick instead of leggover may have dun the trick

  • We all know about sixty-nine...

    Burnin' bones and bedside time...

    Once again we meet tonight...

Get that touch of a magical light...

Saw these guys in 1984 in Spokane, WA, as they opened for the 'Scorps and was BLOWN AWAY!!! Still great & wasn't '84 just the other day???

  • One of my favorite records!!!! Liked every fucking song it had!!! And this one brings back a lot of memories, thanks Krokus!!!

  • this is a great song, this band never really got big, didn't have the greatest songs, but for a live concert, this is one of the best from the 80s, great band, the guitar player is annoying, but killer drummer and singer, heatstrokes is a great song also

  • When are they going to put these guys in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame?

  • Only Brian May's afro can match this dudes!!

  • LOL! Best Afro in metal!

  • krokus is better than airbourne

  • @rikkirock666fuck That's obvious, without Krokus, there wouldn't be airbourne!

And airbourne it's my favourite band!

  • these guys were definitely influenced by AC/DC.

  • I saw Krokus in 1981 in Bradford. Bloody Brilliant! I wonder whatever happened to the little lad who was put onstage by his dad?

  • Fuckin great band!! \m/ \m/

  • youtube media player has gone for a shit

  • That was KROKUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • marc storace was fucking sexy back in the 80's I guess

  • AC/DC.. I Don`t know if it copies.. butt.... is much the same..

  • Comment removed

  • Shit it cut off at the end..!!

  • BAD A** BAND!!! Please come back to America. You are in desperate need and demand. Great show in Virginia back in '05

  • WOW..... The back bone of rock and roll and only 68,000 views... AMAZING

  • what schould I say.... let us rock ...

  • copiones de AC DC

  • @xXreyderockXx jaja

  • @xXreyderockXx Callese cabron y respete a krokus

  • Yeah. Heard it on GTA Vice City Stories' VRock Radio! XD Thats amazing

  • krocus really copies ac/dc but they're singer is way better than bon

  • @lisduggan64 krokus is not a tribute band they wrote theyre own songs. a tribute band copies other artist.

  • Krokus still rocks!!!! Never goes out of style!!

  • Best AC/DC tribute band ever!

  • @Rock208hurricane1 i guess it could be true . but on the other hand you cant believe everything you read either. if you were to copy anyones sound or style in any way they could have a major law suit.. but it doesnt matter they were still a cool ass band anyways.

  • @mortician1313 krokus formed 15 months before ac/dc. google it

  • @MrSchmuchface

A sentence about Krokus in Wikipedia : ''After seeing AC/DC in concert in the late 70s, they decided to change their musical direction and adopted a new sound which was heavily influenced by the band''.

  • @MrSchmuchface But they played a different style until they saw AC/DC in Concert.

they were more Progressive rock.(IE Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd, Genesis, etc.)

  • @racefan32 yeah i was fotunate to see them live back in 83. kick ass show at a very small venue.

  • He sounds exactly like Bon Scott :D

  • @lizrichieband these cats have been around longer then ac/dc so they didnt rip anyone off

  • @MrSchmuchface AC/DC was formed before Krokus was.

    Krokus was inspired by AC/DC

  • @Mortician1313

A sentence about Krokus in Wikipedia : ''After seeing AC/DC in concert in the late 70s, they decided to change their musical direction and adopted a new sound which was heavily influenced by the band''.

  • HAAHAAHAHAAHAAHAHAAHAHAAHAHA....I THINK THE ANNOUNCEWR MEANT THE KINGS OF COCK.........THIS BAND SHOULDA BEEN SET ON FIRE FOR RIPPING OFF ANOTHER BAND SO MUCH........FUCK THESE HASBEENS....THEY ARE WHERE THEY DESERVE.......NO FUCKIN WHERE......ANY FANS OF THIS GARBAGE SHOULD HAVE THEIR EARS RIPPED OFF

  • long dick goes boom!!!!!!!

  • one of the best concerts from this era, powerful band and performance, please welcome the kings of rock, great

  • This is 1 of the GREATEST Metal songs EVER !! too bad they never got the respect or career length they deserved .

  • Saw these guys in 83 with Gary Moore and Def Leppard and then on this tour, they backed up Sammy Hagar on his Can't Drive 55 Tour. Kick Ass Rock.......

  • I have this whole show on DVD. Great stuff, the exact set I saw when they opened for Sammy Hagar on this tour.

  • I love this band. Saw them twice. Louder than you can take and crystal clear. The original band as of summer 2009 were getting back together. The lead will pierce your ears. Awesome.

  • @Hatchetman6971 I saw the Metal Redevous tour and it was the LOUDEST show I have ever sen. Louder than Van Halen's Women and Children First

  • @TheWillie2112 They really were and so cyrstal clear. The lead guitar was really drill a hole in my ears from 100 meters back from the Stage. Only Saxon is comparable and motorhead.

  • everynight my long stick go,s boom!!!!

  • A heavier version of AC/DC great band!

  • i didn't know Eugene Levy fronted an AC/DC cover band.

  • @devtrev yeah, he blowed up real good

  • It sound's a bit like AC/DC... great Song!

  • @TheNextAliceCooper

Like "For those of all how rock". But cool song, i like to listen it in VICE CITY STORIES.

  • They sound exactly like AC/DC in this song, KOOOOL

  • I saw these guys warm up for Nazareth in like 1980 or so. Front row. Before Back in Black, there was KROKUS!

  • allright

  • holy shit,seen them in the 80's

  • THE BEST !!

  • MTV broadcast this very show during one of their early 80s features; Saturday Night Concerts is what I think it was called. I still have the VHS tape on which I recorded it.

I love the pyrotechnics at the start of the song, as well as the line, "To be with you, I'd risk a fight." That's pretty funny coming from such a diminutive frontman, though granted Udo Dirkschneider's got nothing to worry about.

  • @DeadlyRamon I think I love you.

  • @DeadlyRamon WHY SHOUL DIRK WORRIED ABOUT IT

  • I'm guessing that English isn't your primary language.

What I meant in that post is that, in terms of singers who are short, Udo Dirkschneider of Accept has Marc Storace of Krokus beat.

  • @DeadlyRamon THANK´S FOR EXPLAIN

  • One of the most underated rock groups of the 80's awesom song awesom band.

  • Saw Krokus open for April Wine in Germany in 1981. Totally awesome show-an underrated band from the 80's.

  • I agree! saw them in 82,didnt go to the show till the opening act was off the stage, that act was Bon Jovi fuck them goddamn chick band

  • @rustkeeper WHY FUCK BON JOVI?? GREAT CHICK BAND

  • This is music(noise)

    Loved them in the 80s

we had the filthiest white trainers in the world,

    we rocked the hardest.!!!

  • wow the singer sounds like amixture of bon scott and brian johnson

  • Great great song men!!!!!! from a very underated band.

  • Favorite song...I make play this and bet people they don't know who this is..they take the bet..guess ACDC and I win. LOL

  • Always loved Krokus and this song is my favorite! Thanks for posting.

  • cavolo è come Bon Scott !!!

  • tonight----long stick puff puff pass---

  • Hell yeah, one of my all time Krokus favorites!

  • I was at the Leicester gig of the one vice tour, the entrance which you cant really see here was the guitarist appearing in a flood of red lights at the back of the stage to emulate the fire behind the portcullis. Cheap (not at the time) but was very effective and a great entrance. Was it Marc Storace the singer?

  • I remember seeing them in '83....blew Def Leppard off the stage!

  • I don't doubt one bit that they blew Def Leppard away. Krokus and Dokken alike blew away a lot of so called "better bands." Krokus and Dokken was almost as tight live as AC/DC and Kiss. As was Ted Nugent and Queensryche. Poison SUCKED live & I wouldn't even went if it wasn't for my girlfriend. CC Deville was fucked up & acting a mess.

  • Krokus was a real metal band.. NO HAIR METAL here...

  • my dad is the bass player. tommy kesier

  • The last name is not spelled like that. But there was indeed a Tommy "Keiser" playing on the records "Change of Address" and the live album "Alive and Screamin'" The bass player on this vid is either "Andy Tanas" or Tommy Keiser, depends on the year recorded (1985 or 1986)

  • hey acdck88, good for you ! your old man's band rocks, my dad rip, me and my son jack 14 , we all play bass, proud and loud mate, goodonya !!!

  • abcdk88 Saw these guys live with Nazareth in Portland Oregon in 1980.

  • @9misuraco6 thats sick haha

  • @abcdk88 Is he really? I saw them in 84' Dayton hara arena with Def Leppard and Gary Moore It was one Hell of a show!!!!

  • @lp1guy yea he really is haha. most of these people prolly wouldn't believe me haha but he sure is!

  • @abcdk88 Is he really? I saw them in 84' Dayton hara arena with Def Leppard and Gary Moore It was one Hell of a show!!!!

  • @abcdk88 no shit? ..i wish i could say that! Krokus was one of thew best bands of the era but is way underrated.

  • @abcdk88 so in other words, his long stick went boom , and now your here

  • @bigrigJim your funny man. lmao, i think it went f-f-f-t-t-t-t-t ! lol

  • @abcdk88

    he was

  • @abcdk88 wow cool

  • GOSH! I'd so much like to be there in the crowd screaming like hell singing this amazing song! YEAH!

  • my dad is in this haha!!!

  • Who is your dad?

  • Spill the beans.....who are you related to?

  • Great song...from the Hardware album???

I used to have this on vinyl....what a great intro lyric " we all know about 69..."

  • close... ONE VICE AT A TIME... first song, side A. i won this album in a radio station giveaway back when it first came out, and i was HOOKED!!

  • Krokus is Spinal Tap minus the irony.

  • man, this rocks hard, krokus threw some choice trax at us, this cut is everything great about 80's hard rock, u gotta know what ur doin to play and lay it down like that, luv it, big smile, great fun , fozzy

  • An awesome band

  • The AC/DC influence is definately there. One Vice At a Time could've been an AC/DC album.

  • I agree! That is why Krokus are great!

  • I always thought this WAS AC/DC! The radio station always played it in the midst of their set and never once announced who it was.

  • Only better

  • krokus u KICK ASS KEEP ON ROCKIN

  • Swiss High Voltage!!!! I love this naughty headbanger!!!

  • They got back together. Look for something new maybe.....

  • He sounds more like Brian Johnson during his early years: Back in Black CD.

  • Bullshit....Johnson couldn't sing like Marc in a shower....actually Johnson can't sing........Long Live KROKUS

  • That's the greatest song of Krokus.. Yeah, my father saw it live in L.A..

  • sounds like AC/DC Rock on!

  • rock on acdc!

  • Rock on!!

  • These were the guys that I was listening to in high school and parting to their music. I have recently become a radio/video major and got the kids in my radio class rockin' out to the Definitive Collection.

  • eifach geile schwizer rock

  • And what exactly does Marc mean by "long stick" HMMMMMMMMMMMM? JMAN

  • hey king i seen these in concert back in 1977

  • Krokus is still 1 of the greatest rock/metal bands ever. I would love to see them in concert.

  • i did back in 83 fresno ca there great

  • ROCKS! period America loves you Krokus! From Florida

  • This is a hard rock show at its best: power bass, drums, great theater mix, the whole band in sync and top form. Incredible lighting and stage show. Storace owns you from the moment he bears his fist on the drum riser! There's enough energy at his show to power NYC!

  • silly person. that for sure with out a doubt is not bonn scott.

  • he said bon scott. wow a youngster that needs to learn isnt he. in fact ac/dc was going to tour with krokus a long while ago. but ac/dc said this guy sounds too much like bon so they decided not to tour with krokus. they said thats maybe a too much bon to handle for one show

  • Fortunately, I got to see both in their heydey. Two incredible bands, but Bon Scott is dead.

  • This is rock 'n' roll. Krokus is a monument, one of the greatest rock 'n' roll band in history.

  • Best AC/DC song NOT written by AC/DC

  • not by ac/dc...

  • Yes I know it's Krokus I've seen them live before.I was basically saying that it's such a good Ac/Dc rip-off that Long Stick might've been written by the Youngs.Sort of like how today bands like Jet and Buckcherry also "borrow riffs" from Ac/Dc

  • this band is like AC/DC

    but play good songs

  • There is only one BON SCOTT no doubt. I would love to hear Marc sing "rock n roll damnation", "sin city", "kicked in the teeth again", and "highway to hell". I bet it would be listenable with Angus and the boys. "dog eat dog" also....I love AC/DC....Rock On.....

  • when i heard this song on gta vice city stories i thaught it was an ac/dc record.

  • same lol

  • Accept and Krokus back in the late mid 80's. Marc came out with a wolf mask for Headhunter. This show rocked!!

  • god he sounds exactly like Bon Scott :O

  • Imagine if instead of brian johnson, this guy replaced bon scott, that would of been interesting eh?

  • that would actoully sound super awesome! but im glad they got Brian, because I cant imagine some of those songs with Bonny.

  • Yeah, you're right, Brian created a lot of hits with them.

  • You don't replace Bon Scott...only hope to try to live up too his memory!!!

  • Yeah, there's no replacing Bon, Brian did a good job obviously anyways, but it would of sounded interesting.

  • Well...maybe alittle...but there was ONLY ONE BON....RIP>>>>

  • Also this show was played on MTV - when MTV rocked.... They played alot of LIVE shows on Saturday.... Back in the 80's...

  • This kicks dirty white ass!!!!! Please tell me where this footage came from!!! Too bad the ending was cut off. This is the original band. Saw them at Chicagofest, 1982. The band before them was new wave, and they got beer-bottled off the stage - poor guys.

  • this is from the "the blitz" tour, still the cool lineup before the change of band members.

HEADHUNTER was the best album and tour, this blitz tour is the tour after headhunter tour, it was supporting they're album "the blitz" which featured "SWEET'S" song BALLROOM BLITZ

  • class!! heard this song on gta vice city stories love it!

  • Rocklahoma 2008!!!!

  • unknown rock legends

  • saw them headlining Accept at Fox Theatre in Detroit around 86?.....Singer was a head case...egomaniac..or Midnite maniac....?

  • Accept and Krokus? That would've been a dream concert!

  • krokus in prime....???

  • yep
