I have the DJ20 and only paid $50 for a new one a few years ago. Great MP3 player for your entire music library. Interface is fast. My mom and sister have purchased Sony Mp3 players that have broke and only held 4gb. They paid $100 on amazon.
I just recovered mine after years of thinking it was dead. Dropped it off my desk 5 years ago freshmen year in college, then opened it up and unplugged/plugged in the battery and it's good as new. Still my favorite mp3 player.
i have a 20 gb but now i have a computer with windows 7 i try to donwload the driver but nothing happen, can any one tell me if theres another way to put music into it ....... well this is my second one i jus bougth it in a panw shop, and i still like it. thak you
i had this 4 years ago. my first mp3 player, all beat up and scratched up. now i have ipod touch. man mp3 player have come a long way. this thing was brick too.

Can u please tell how much voltage and mah the charger has. I called Dell but they dont have any info about the chargers.

i need soemhelp everytime i turn mine on it say's recovery mode and gives me the options
1.disk cleanup
2.reboot
3.reload firmware
4. and format all
please help me what should i do

@kytty9666 if you have any Microsoft OS past XP, it won't be compatible. Check drivers and downloads on the Dell web page.
