is it not a good idea to use sodium metaphosphate's to sterilise?...I've heard that if you use plain bleach sterilisers without adding a good citric acid concentrate to them they can leave a film on your tube's that can not only ruin the tubs products flavour but also contaminate the tubs use for future wines?
isn't home made wine GREAT! elderberry is awesome
