the ender pearls do have a use, if you trow one away, you teleport to the place where it landed

The ender pearl actually makes you teleport when you right-click.

The ender pearl does have a use actually.  If you wield it and right click an enderman, it temporarily teleports the enderman away from you. However, they will teleport back after a few seconds.

@narugetsu u can also make an ender eye that helps u find the end portal and u need atleast 12 ender eyes to finish building the end portal

The blaze rod and Ghast tear have no use yet but the Unnamed gold item is called the gold nugget dropped by pigmen, and when you get 9 of them you can craft them into a gold ingot.
