@LakaiSkater8 buy a video capture card, this is the one i use it is a VC-500 Diamond Video and Audio capture card...

I used to use one of those and got great quality. See my videos to see the quality I get. I am a film maker however and so al ot of the shots have gone through stages of correction.

I have that same exact freakin camera but I cant get the videos to my comp and I lost all the cables Well, Not All Of Them,Not The Charger. Thats The Only One I Have Lol. So Can I Use A USB Chord To Get them on my Comp?

You can capture it to your comuter using the composite video and audio cable (white & yellow) but you need to have a capture card in your PC, (i.e the ports for composite to plug into like onyour tv).

i have a camcorder almost exactly the same as you do. i wanted to know how to get the recording time out of the top right of the screen when i replay what i've recorded. got any tips?

u can't really upload vhs-c videos onto a computer,unless u have a converter.can u upload the videos?

I can capture straight onto a normal computer usuing composite (my compuet has comosite connections built in, if thats what u mean by needing a converter).

This is a really bad camera, Im hoping to get the Sony HDR-SR5E 40GB HDD, High Def camcorder.

that things huge, you should have got a mini dv camcorder they are so small dude, it literaly fits in the palm of your hand but its big enough to work all the functions with ease

No, compared to mini-dv tapes hard drive cameras go through way more compression.

That's true but hard drives go through mpeg4 compression which can alter the video quality alot, thats why Smosh, Lisa Nova, Smp Films, and myself all use mini dv camcorders.
