  • i have to hand it to Ray..he is taking on all these who either hate God or feel using his name is good enough to make Heaven...he is doing Gods work with just him and God..wish i could have been there with him..

  • I have never seen such a moron in my life. Seeing such people reminds me of a subspecies of people who are not just evil but beyond reaching. I cannot imagine doing this. Such horrible people out there, these same people would crucify Jesus in a heartbeat again today and release Barabas. Such wretched people...

  • This guy is the absolute worst (or I guess best) example of the affects of modern evangelism I've ever seen. This guy clearly isn't saved yet he knows about Jesus and about the cross, he even knows the term "holy ghost". All because he was preached some "greasy grace" gospel that's completely void of God's law and His standard. So now this guy, like so many, thinks that true freedom is the abolishment of the standard, when all the while it's the one he's going to be judged by. Wow.

  • God bless you and keep you, brother Ray.

What a mighty work you are doing for Him! Stay strong in the Lord, you will be in my prayers.

  • evolutionists believe that we all and all that is are just part of cosmic accident what happened millions and millions years ago and there is really nothing to live for... well that is just hopeless. look at the human body and everything that exists, there is some genious behind it. Im not from bottom of the sea, i am created.

  • I love what you are doing!!!!

I have one question - why don't you use a microphone also?

    Thank you.

  • kudos to you Ray, God definitely works through you. i hope you keep reaching people on whatever level possible.

  • Why do you think that acceptance of the Theory of Evolution somehow denies the existence of God?

  • cause its a lie

  • however, if you were to take the Bible completely out of the picture, and just believed in a God who hasn't communicated with us through any book and hasn't told us anyting, than you could believe in evolution. but what would be the point in believing in a God who doesn't try to communicate with his creations.

  • the theory of evolution takes place over millions of years. the creation spoken of in the Bible (word of God) took place over one week. the Bible is the word of God, so in order to believe that evolution is true, you have to not believe God, because the word of God (Bible) tells you something different.

  • evolution says that things have been on earth living and dieing for millions of years before man was here and before man sinned.

God said that there was no death before the fall of man but his sin brought the price of death.

That is why evolution is false.

  • woahhh dude i give you madddd props..i would get so fustrated with people like this and other people shouting out..i like one on ones better ..so thats so cool.

  • i just realised you are screening comments. well i know you know the bible and you have read that the devil is the accuser.

  • you know what the devilis called in the bible,"the accuser"

  • You go Ray!! We need so much to stand bold for Christ. I prey I may have this courage one day. For now I use bible tracts.

  • If you're not getting to enough people in person. You can go on MySpace and email on there with individuals.

  • Man those guys on the mic are soooo unfunny 4 real.

  • Some are. I thought funny isn't always true.

  • Has "guts"..... giv'em that...

  • Wonderful Ministry you have there. I'm prayin for you brother!

  • Praise our great LORD.

  • I got saved by people doing street drama and open air preaching. This is a very effective way to reach unbelievers. I have seen many people come to Christ because of open air preaching. More christians should do it.

  • "More christians should do it."

Unfortunately, there are too many luke-warm Christians in America. If fact, I read on another video that the Eastern world is laughing at how lazy American Christians are.

Last year I went to a HUGE non-denominational churche (YOU know that kind I'm talking about. I was actually kinda nervous going to their bible study group because I was still a novice Christian but it turned out that I knew MORE than everyone else there! (O.o)

    YIKES...

  • just saying I'm not a luke-warm Christian

  • The Christians who do hang out and go to movies. That go to a mall.

  • Great work. I could only think of this Scripture: "A voice cries in the wilderness".

The fact is, I believe that some of the bystanders may have taken something to heart.

    Bless you guys!

  • God bless you Ray for your faithfulness. I did try open air preaching one time using the Law before Grace. I must admit, it was just like you said. My knees were shaking on the car ride there, but I was clickin my heels on the ride back. :)

  • the people standing on the sides are probably being affected more than the guy on the mic.

  • im thinking it's a modern day ninevah

  • i swear, the people that ray witnessed to, were so cocky and just looking to seek attention from men, rather than the glory of christ, Its ashame how america is full Of hypocrisy and people who claim to have god in their heart, but continue to dwell in sin, God bless ray for Never giving up his open air preaching =D

  • man some of these california people are sooo unfunny and soo hard hearted--god bless ray comfort, he has true courage

  • ray's methods seem very ineffective to me.. too convicting and it can come off hypocritical however true his words may be... I don't think a single person in the crowd supported what he was saying it just seemed like a joke to them. I support ray comfort's motives but this isn't the best way to reach unbelievers..

  • Here's a short list of people who have open-air preached: Noah, Elijah, Elisha, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Jonah, John the Baptist, Jesus, Peter, Paul, John Wesley, George Whitefield, Charles Spurgeon. Were they wrong to do it?

  • Another couple thoughts:

    1) What are your standards for effectiveness? Keep in mind that by a standard of the numbers of converts, Jesus would have been considered a failure (out of at one point hundreds of followers, by the time He was arrested all but John had left Him or run away--yes, some came back, but still).

    2) What is wrong with convicting people? Jesus convicted the Pharisees in Matthew 23, and most of us Westerners could be seen as much more prideful than them.

  • What do YOU believe is the best way to reach unbelievers?

  • I agree with what you say,but there is one thing I wonder about:Why do you always say the same words? Why can you not change it a little bit?

  • Amen, I will be praying for your perseverence.

  • Brother Ray! Good job buddy, the Lords work is not in vain. May God Bless you, and your family.

    John

  • Good on you guys for having the heart and the stamina to put up with that! God Bless you!
