Are these Roman Catholic Priests? As you say that this chapel is now used by Anglicans, I have a fear that this is invalid.

One of the defining feature of Sarum Mass is the raising of the hands of the priest at 5:28 when he says the UNDE ET MEMORES in crucifixion-like manner. You cannot see it in any other Latin Rite Masses, only here in the Sarum Rite Mass.

No. It is a Catholic Mass celebrated in an Oxford College chapel which was consecrated as a Catholic building, but now is used by Anglicans.
