  • Good video, but you should never, ever mount an aluminum head on an iron block without resurfacing the head. Specially boosted engines. Good job though.

  • How do you know the notch on the bearing points toward the intake. Im assuming it says in the bentley manual. Im about to build a VRT and Im going to be using the manual. Just wanna make sure it says these little things in it. If it does then no worries.

  • i believe the tang direction pays regard to the rotational direction of the motor.

    my bently didnt state that detail...the 1.8t motors with tanged bearings happened to be that way...so i did the same
