@SpanishBlood42 It has to do with sweeps. All the weddings take place at (or around) the end on February which is when shows pull out all the stops for advertisers.
Ya know I love Charmed, and I like Phoebe, but throughout episodes like this one I always asked myself, "What's with her bangs?" To me it looks like when a kid manages to get a hold of scissors and tries giving himself/herself a haircut. The rest of the time, I pretty much liked her hair. Er, anyway, Charmed=awesome. XD

Paige and Henry: 8x16 (its around the #15)

i completely agree lol i should know cuz when i was 3 i tried giving my self a hair cut...pretty much the same result LOL
her hair is total messed up and it started in charmed an dangerous (4x13), but was not as noticeable in that episode lol
