You should be able to select the two layers (your watermark layers), then select the "Move" tool. Hold shift and click the corner of the bounding box to resize the watermark to fit your photo.

Hey Noel!
This was a fantastic help to me, just one thing. If my watermark is too big for the next photo that I open, how do I make it fit my picture properly?
