  • Your back is not straight. Angle is wrong. Try to spread your legs just like normal push up. Check my videos at "Pinoy Bruce Lee one arm push up". It's a sequence of my 5 workouts in 30 minutes. It's very challenging!

Last Saturday I did 10K Trail Run. I got so tired from too many climbing but happy because I came in 8th place overall. I haven't been lifting weighs for 10 days due to my elbow tendonitis. Sign of getting old, ha? Keep it up.

  • impressive, but aren't you supposed to have a straight back? i tried doing it myself when putting my legs together, my only real problem is losing balance.

  • Yes, I've supposed, but with feet together is impossible have a straight back.

  • Hand and foot of same side: right hand and right foot or left hand and left foot.

  • I haven't tried it myself because I am too weak, but if I were you I would play around with how you position your arm. Normally, twisting your torso gives your arm a stronger leverage, whereas if you keep your torso straight your pushing hand's fingers will point straight ahead.

  • A great achievement to be sure, but you still have that torso twist to get rid of. Keep training! :)
