Your back is not straight. Angle is wrong. Try to spread your legs just like normal push up. Check my videos at "Pinoy Bruce Lee one arm push up". It's a sequence of my 5 workouts in 30 minutes. It's very challenging!
@AustralLord By the way. Congrats! Great job. That's pretty cool man. Just click or type my name ...Nejov1. Did you know that I am more of a long distance runner than a weight lifter? Last Saturday I did 10K Trail Run. I got so tired from too many climbing but happy because I came in 8th place overall. I haven't been lifting weighs for 10 days due to my elbow tendonitis. Sign of getting old, ha? Keep it up.
impressive, but aren't you supposed to have a straight back? i tried doing it myself when putting my legs together, my only real problem is losing balance.
It needs to training on the specific movement.I posted a video "11 ipsilateral one arm-one leg push-ups(right side)": I'm looking for challengers.Greetings from Italy!
I haven't tried it myself because I am too weak, but if I were you I would play around with how you position your arm. Normally, twisting your torso gives your arm a stronger leverage, whereas if you keep your torso straight your pushing hand's fingers will point straight ahead.

@waldomarek When you do feet together with a straight back is possible but too difficult.

Nice pushup vids. Is it alright to lockout the arms during pushups?
pelepone 2 years ago
Yes,it is, because the movement is complete, otherwise the exercise is more easy.

I have a lot of respect foir you
But what is the challenge ???
Lebanesefinest in reply to massibest83 (Show the comment) 2 years ago
See my video "13 ipsilateral one arm-one leg push ups": the challenge is doing more than 13 consecutives reps of those push ups.
massibest83 in reply to Lebanesefinest (Show the comment) 2 years ago
I will get my web cam ready LOL
So it is one hand pushup and one foot only right?
Lebanesefinest in reply to massibest83 (Show the comment) 2 years ago
Hand and foot of same side: right hand and right foot or left hand and left foot.
massibest83 in reply to Lebanesefinest (Show the comment) 2 years ago
Wow man that is amazing...I don't think I've ever seen anyone do these with the feet together before. Keep up the good work!

A great achievement to be sure, but you still have that torso twist to get rid of. Keep training! :)
Jouwl 3 years ago
Thanks.I keep training according your suggest, even if i think it is impossible don't twist the torso with feet together. However I'll try it!
