@xjapan8490, there is a no cash back policy at all spencer's. The manager on duty should have exchanged it for another shirt, and the only sale that is ever buy one get one free is on clearance merch, and that is usually only once or twice a year. I'm sorry you had a bad experience at your Spencer's, but I guarantee not every single store is like that.
@JaimeHavok Wow I added this three years ago and thought nobody would remember it so thanks for the heads up on Specer's Gift, the reason I recorded that was for a friend who ives in the UK and didn't know what Hot Topics or Spencers Gift was lol.
@XJapan8490 Hot Topic and Journey. I was ripped off at Spencer's over a $30 dollar t-shirt that wasn't the right size. I had the receipt and everything, they still wouldn't take it back. Plus they had a gimmick sign in front saying buy something, get something for free and that was a plain-out lie, cuz I bought a wallet there and didn't nothing for free. It cost me 50 bucks for 2 items. And couldn't get the shirt refund. So, I urge people not to go there. Go else-where but spencers.
