ive had this phone almost 2 years now.... had to get it replaced once due to "water damage" when the phone was no where near water... lost all contacts and photos. the camera is pretty good. but the screen scratches easy. the keyboard doesnt work sometimes so i have to use the touch screen keyboard which is awful. every few weeks i get an error message and have to restart the whole phone and take out the sim card. also i get messages 2 hours after they have been sent which is very annoying... :(

i'd say this is a pretty good phone i got it last two years ago(2009) on black friday and it worked for awhile but then like in April(2010) the keyboard started to get kind "sticky" and it was a little difficult to type on and then around like july(2010) the bottom of the touch screen wouldn't work in the lower corner so i wasn't able to hit the dial key, it got pretty annoying. I don't have this phone anymore...I threw it at a wall...don't do that

I asked AT&T for an upgrade, and now I'm stuck with this phone until September 3rd. Other than the phone breaking up on me, it was a really useful phone.

It was discontinued because of its problems. I had to reset my phone after 50 or so texts because it would not let me send anymore texts. Just a couple of days ago, after a year of owning it, the touchscreen stopped working for NO REASON. The colors are also messed up. This phone sucks. Plain and simple. It hardly had any features compared to my old Sony Ericsson!
The pull out keyboard on mine wouldn't respond half the time for me so a sentence would look like "The caat is blakk" letters sometimes wouldn't respond and sometimes even though I pressed the letter once, two would pop up.

The phone works great, but some of them the screen will stop responding the the qwerty will double letters or not press, but other than that, I really loved this phone. However, when I needed it replaced, they replaced it with the flight, which has been a really really bad phone.

I had this phone and to be honest it wasnt really bad but then I accidentally dropped it of my bunk bed . Now I have my pantech pursuit and I really like it :)
I was happy with this phone for a while, then it started freezing and turning off randomly. That's when I took a knife to it and switched to the Motorola Backflip. Happy so far...
the phone is ok... mine lasted 1 year 4 months being completely covered in water 3 times and it was dropped allot but it freezes allot and turns off on its own....so my advice .. dont get it

The phone works great, but some of them the screen will stop responding the the qwerty will double letters or not press, but other than that, I really loved this phone. However, when I needed it replaced, they replaced it with the flight, which has been a really really bad phone.

I hated this phone. The keyboard was fucked up and always added random extra letters at the end of my messages. For some reason what happenned to me was it dyed at school and I charged it up at home and checked it and it didn't work at all. The screen was just black the whole time, and I tried everything.

i love and hate this phone . what i love about it is that it is touch and has a keyboard . what i hate about it is that at least three times a day it would freeze or not send a message . i thought it was just my phone but when i got a new one , still the same phone , it happened again . its the brand . over all i would not get this phone . :/

This fucked up phone, repeats the characters when texting. Also twice now the touch screen went on the blitz. Wont work. Got my contacts and cant get to them. AT&T wont give me the Iphone for 40 bucks cause I still have 6 months to end my contract, otherwise I have to pay 200 bucks for the freakin phone. AT&T not too friendly here...

i have had this phone for little over a year and its a pain. while your texting the words come out twice, and when you hit the space bar it double spaces and it will get you aggravated. and also every single day i have to restart my phone constantly in order to send a text. and now when i answer a call i cant hear anything unless i put it on speakerphone. i would not reccomend this phone.. it works great in the begining but gets worse. im really hoping on getting the backflipp(:
