  • Lol, he happened to have 25kg plate right next to him, but when he lifted it up, it seemed that is 5kg max :D

    25lbs = 11,4kg.

  • Just the exercise I was looking for, for my obliques. I did them in the past, but now I see what I was doing wrong. Thanks for showing us the right way to do them, esp. weighted oblique twists. Looking forward to your next video, Scott. You are very innovative and know your craft well, and I like that. Though we don't have half the machines you have there, but I tend to improvise. It works, mostly. Ok, nuff said. Gym time!
