I own a mint copy of the 7" 45rpm. w/ Instrumental on the flipside.

The record label is called "H.L.T. Avenue Records", manufactured & distriburted by Fun House Inc. (likely of Japan).

Jimmie Haskell Produced the tune.

Lyrics are printed on the back of the sleeve.

Most everything is written in Japanese on the picture sleeve, I can't give you any more information.

This might be from a movie soundtrack - not sure.
