in europe they are quite expensive too, a female is about 300 Euro worth, a male about 100 Euro and a young sling about 60 Euro. It's one of the most beautiful Spiders I've ever seen ^^ And your vid is quite interesting, thanks. When did yuor metallica build the cocoon? How many months after breeding?
It must be nerve-wracking breeding two such rare and valuable spiders knowing that if all goes wrong there could be deaths. Of course if all goes right you could have 50+ new beautiful slings to give to the world. I would have been nervous anyway ;)
