There's something unique about them, the costumes, singing and dancing, the respect to the elders, etc etc... while i can appreciate bollywood is trying something new, if that's what i wanted i would've just watched hollywood film.

On a cultural note, if someone's daughter was doing wat Naina's doing, realistically she would be kicked in the ass and disowned. 30? (probably would've been married) sleeping around and with the mother's support (oh dear god, that's scandalous)... This whole premise seems to be foreign to Indian culture...indians don't let their daughters date that easily, let alone support their daughters having a "rebound sex doll" this movie fails.
