No...they only ban people who hack with people who don't hack, for example, using codes "With Anyone" on brawl. They precisely said that they don't care if you use homebrew or hacks, as long as it's with friends you know or offline. Plus, they only do that for SSBB and The Conduit so there's nothing to be scared about.

There's no damage unless you install a corrupted theme (Which I doubt would happen unless you create your own theme which isn't working). That will result in bricking your Wii. You can unbrick it by installing a working theme with the Preloader, though.

He did it by using MyMenuify, then he created his own theme, he bricked his wii using the custom intro (that he made, the ones that are uploaded, have been tested, and shouldnt' brick ur wii) but yeahhhh, that's how you do it.

I bricked my Wii because the theme I created weren't saved in the right format then it bricked again becauser I edited too much and the maximum size is..16 or 18MB forgot, unless you do it like the Street Fighter theme, separated files that you put together.
