@TheTurmoilTbh Freezes would be due to your CPU instead of RAM related. RAM basically helps your GFX and GPU perform better.

If you have a dual core 3.2ghz you should be fine with RuneScape on max settings.

Though if you're under maybe tone down the graphics a bit.

if you search prm and nothing comes up search runescape then open the folder and runescape.prm will be in there then right click and open with notepad

This is actually a Java thing, you can just change an option to allow your JRE to use more memory.
