Although now Im a hardcore Halo > COD fan even when I was more open minded to the two I preferred Halo to COD. COD always felt too complex, too difficult, and not very exciting. All the guns (as far as I can tell) are hard to tell apart, the maps bore me, people die too fast, the killstreak awards are very annoying and overpowering and Halo just has way more content. So Halo > COD for life. Hopefully 343 doesnt ruin an amazing series.

It's just that 2010 CLEARLY belonged to Halo Reach in terms of gameplay quality. I don't like Reach as much as the other Halos, but it still was better than the competition.

Halo is not Bungie's property, so they cannot do anything with it. so, Bungie wont even be making Halo games anymore, at least not for the next decade, which is the length for their new contract.

Now a company can sell the rights to another company for use and production of said franchise/ product. Because according to "international" copywrite law, Bungie who originated the idea for Halo:CE is still in control of the halo franchise. In a sense they are renting it out to microsoft so that both companies can still make money. my brother is working on MA law degree man.
