The location is between Bayamon and Catano, both towns of the Greater San Juan Metro Area. This was not a refinery in the strict sense of the word but a place where gasoline was stored. The tanks were old and maintenance was poor. Many people were evacuated and homes were damaged by the explosion. It happened close to midnight and fortunately vehicles and people were not burned.
Man i bet you could se that smoke from the space station.
