@danshaw1967 About 20 years ago I was a non believer and a pro kick-boxer when Jack sent me flying across the room with a short punch through about 7 thick phone books held to my chest.I don't know if the ice is a trick or not.I have seen him smash coconuts and bricks that were not tricks.I do know Jack Lammom had one of the hardest punches in history.Jack's hands and bones were also super strong.I've been training 30 years continuous now and still don't have near the bone strength Jack did/does
Because after having built up to this level - 1 ice block at a time, and having learned that it doesn't break and work that way. Developing the energy through 30 years of training. If it was truly that easy, more people would be doing it.
