@seva1988 It's from the film Alphaville directed by Jean Luc Goddard it's set in the future & one of the characters is a spy who works for Figaro/Pravda & thats why you hear Russian.

@tharleyify thanks for info! i've watched that movie recently but somehow i didn't juxtaposed that russian spy and this female voice. Interesting movie and great "tasty" song.
