I have missed you guys daily vids like crazy & have been so worried since i saw this vid. It is sat. here in the usa & i hope u can give us an update on how rob is doing. I know some things r to personal but if u get to a point u can share some of what happened it would mean a lot. Oh wow! I just left the hospital yesterday, as I was suffering from bronchitis and pneumonia illness and to hear about Nickos in hospital, made me thinking, that we take things for granted, then suddenly, our lives are turned upside down, but for a good reason. Hope and pray that Nickos is fine.

@MissPonderosa Cooking two or three meals a week for this channel would not cause him to have a heart attack. For people in Nicko's age group the main factor would be a genetic pre-disposition. Best of luck Nicko, take it easy.

@wademac68 honestly, take it from someone with this kind of experience. When you cook delicious food, the more you cook the more you want to cook. He's stated on his vlogs that he cooks all the food & makes all the vids on sunday. So that means he has cakes,pasta bakes or whatever other (unhealthy delicious food he makes) as left overs for the rest of the week...because you can't eat all that food in one day
