@FlamingBat They're talking about Norway being influenced by America, and the dance is an example of that. In Norwegian culture there's a dance called Hallingdans (Halling dance), where the guys dress up in a bunad (Norwegian folk costume) and dance to fiddle music (Hardanger fiddle, actually). The highlight of the Halling dance is when a guy jumps up and try to kick a hat off a stick being held high up in the air. In this video they replaced the fiddle with hip hop and the hat with a burger :p

Although pretty stupid, it's a spoof on the americanization of norwegian culture. The burger kicking is actually from somethig called a 'Hallingleik" (Halling play), which is an acient form of "fun" where men showed their manlyness by kicking a hat of a stick. The higher the hat was, the more manly you were if you were able to kick it off. However, they could've made the same point by simply filming the front of a McDonalds "resturant".
