Yes chuck addmitted that he acted alone. Yet ryan is still in jail. Ryan has also passed a polygraph test this year. This is horrble injustice. Lets face it, ts easer to put a man away in jail then it is to get him out even when proof shows he is innocent. Courts and police never like admidtng they are wrong. Pray for Ryan Ferguson.

When I saw the 48 Hours episode with Ryan Ferguson I was absolutely outraged that the jury found him guilty based upon a dream that someone had! Ryan deserves another trial.

Why can't superior court judges look at this case and see Ryan is innocent? Most of the viewers can.

Nope, when a conviction occurs, far be it from a prosecutor or judge to reverse that. They can do no wrong in their own eyes and once they get in gear on a person, they don't look back.

I too cannot get this case out of my mind after seeing it on 48 hours mystery several weeks back. Not sure who is the most culpable for this miscarriage of justice...the bully cops, the unscrupulous prosecutors, the ignorant jurors. It's wrong at all levels of the system. I keep thinking, "How can someone be convicted w/o physical evidence, let alone by a dream!" AAA!! People keep talking gloom & doom these days ... well, I'm ready for the world to end ... I don't like the way it's going.

Police corruption exists because everybody has white lies, but theirs are of more serious & severe situations.

when it comes to being bad, police shouldn't even fall into that category

We should look at our politicians then & ask ourselves what are the character references of these people not just their educational status

they should b the 1st to be genetically (DNA) tested for activity or abnormalities in the brain

along side with criminals. to help us prevent the bad from taking advantage

Worried AUS IDEA: closest cop was few blocks away writing up fine if i was murderer i'd park a few blocks away & walk with a bat (quiet kill) killers knew Kents work hrs i suspect former students, football plyers (big boys)? took the watch,didnt steal the wallet? they must have seen him with it b4? armed with weapons, 2 of them wanted 2 do it right If Ryan & the deluded 1 were there, they'd have had to time the crime to perfection! NO MISTAKES WOW kill some1 return 2 club all clean? yeah right!

This case has stuck in my mind for months now. So sad and so wrong. I lose faith with the justice system a little more every day. No one cares and gives percentages for wrongful convictions. If it's you, it's 100 percent. This is this kid's life. Uhhgg I just want to scream. I posted this on another video but it still holds true. Is it ok that you didn't really solve the case but you have a warm body in jail? Seriously a dream from a strange friend?
