There is absolutely no danger in the way the guys in the video were handling that weapon (remember, it's not a GUN!) They are probably not even live firing weapons, just display models. In a different setting however, such as on a range where there is even a small chance of a live round being chambered and fired, I would agree with you.

A bulpup design is wen a the working mechanisim is to the rear of the pistol grip and when the magazine is inserted to the rear, this design makes it a machine pistol.
