Did you leave a dowel pin out of the top hex bolt hole of the oil pump? There was one on my wr250f 01 when I pulled it apart today.

lol im so used to seeing two strokes open and split so seeing this really trips me out and makes me go whoa something is missing... haha

what make are the hex head bits you using?

@barnettboys13 Set I got from Lowes awhile back. I need to upgrade them actually. They are starting to get a little worn after 4 years or so.

@Johnnysshop Why not just hit them with the cut off wheel and cut them down? free
