no not at all, probably safer on the road and most expensive cars have them stock. Like infinity, Lexus and so on.

No, those are not smoked. About the price... eh I am not sure, but it was around 120-150 from ebay. Just make sure you don't buy fake ones (check the seller)

I've had them for over a month or so and I am very happy with them. No issues what so ever and I get a lot of compliments for them

I bought mine from ebay, but make sure you buy them from a good seller. Check out their history etc.
