BEST SUGGESTION: Use scissors to open one end. Pull out prepaid envelope, insert a small rock, seal and write "bad business" by their name. Send it off. They have to pay about $1.15 surcharge in addition to regular postage. On the original letter: Draw a line through your address, write "Refused. Return to sender", tape shut and send. If enough people do this, they will stop it and thus less environmental damage.
