Thank you for your input. of course we cannot assume the cultural understanding in these times. Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. No Bible to hand? Can it even be called incest, when such a concept perhaps hadnt developed? As Metulsusa put it "A deity who knows the outcome before the start" it was surely meant to be. I was given some bogus explanations years before.it troubled ever since. Im happier hearing the truth. As you have said. Ultimately. We are all one.

So in essence what barkerbiz is saying is that there was incest involved with the continuation of the human race. Just the way God wanted it.

With omniscience and omnipotence comes great responsibility.

Simply put, you can not blame those who's creation was beyond their control.

Especially when the one who created you had total knowledge of you before he created you.

@barkerbiz its easy, the bible tells us only the story of Cain and Abel, but we have to understand that Adam and Eve had more children (boys and girls alike) and since they were no other people on the planet, they "married" with their brothers and sisters...

@metalsusa1 Its not a matter of free will... just because you know something is going to happen dose not mean free will dose not exist... Say I have a light bulb in my hand and I hold it it in front of you and I drop it in front you... you know that light bulb is going to hit the ground but you don't have to catch it before it hits even tho you know it will hit the ground and possibly brake we are not forced to catch it...

@mikeyb4god316 In the Bible when Adam and Eve are warned not to eat the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, lest you touch it you will die. Well God forgot to to tell them that they would be committing original sin that would infect every descendant right down to modern times. That his son would have to die to save repentant sinners from the hell he created and knew man would be subject to.

Where is Gods responsibility considering his omniscience? It's not like he didn't know.

I have a question. If Adam and Eve where created by God. And then they had children. Who created children with Adam and eves children?? I have asked God for answers, maybe this is where he has sent me. Can you please help me with this disturbing question.?? Many thanks.

And we all know the Laws tell you what you cant do not what you can do... not leading to speculation of what could be but of what is.
