I take it, that it's hard to fly that due to the aerodynamically unstable design?

The real life SU-47 seems to have no problems with stabability. So a RC replica would very well be stable with gyro's etc.

Actually the real Berkut was designed aerodynamically unstable so that it would be more maneuverable. The reason it actually flies without problems is it has a very efficient fly-by-wire system to back it up.  I know quite a bit about aviation. ^.^

I know quiet a lot aso. As i was studying for to be a Fighter Pilot. If you watch the plane in normal flight, it seems perfectly stable, what i was saying is you cant tell its a unstable plane.
