i find hat string is th ebest effective elastic to use it lasts long looks good under blue light and it its stretchy and cheap and you cn get glow in dakr beads from almost any bead stores try looking in the aftrs and crafts section in hobbie stores too xoxo plur~+*!

Your kandi is... different. It's a lot easier to use elastic not plastic string. And it's really cool looking if you use gold or silver elastic. PLUR <3
