You can play this at Playrf. com now. They put their servers back up sometime earlier this year.

Not run by Codemasters now though, but it's still the same game. Just a cash shop I believe, im not too sure. Still installing.

Oh and make sure you use a Yahoo email to get your account activation email, it's really buggy and thats the only site that aactually seemed to get it's email.
