@KanMan1973 --- Hey, next time you run into your cousin tell him; "The Gluons" number-1 Fan from New London (Ba-Ba O'Reilly's - early 80's) the tall, black guy who loved thier music (and finding them on youtube - still does) before finding them here this morning, I'd still been singing " Manikin Hand", "I enter your void" and & "Room in your head". They were awesome and always my best nights out! Still in New London /Sherman -
@pearljammer13 I used to go see the gluons when I was 15-18 back in 1983 along with the rst of NBHS and they were some of the fondest memories I ever had. Good Times
@bryantaber That's really cool. I was actually just over Ron's (the lead guitarist) house yesterday. He was showing me his studio he built above his garage. He just started his own record label. Cool to see that they're still involved in music after all this time.
no I do not have it. I am not sure how familiar I would be with Connecticut bands, but I was quite an active college radio listener so perhaps I would know one or two of them (assuming their music made its way to Providence). Also, I noticed that I made a type (is did --> as did of course). I'll try + remember to look up that cd you mention, thanks for the suggestion.
thanks for posting, this received a fair amt of airplay (is did "I enter your void"), on my favorite providence-area stations wdom and wusm. I miss those days of college radio (there was quite a lot of energy from boston + neighboring cities).
Awesome. I was a DJ at WUSM and then WHJY and loved these guys!

This is my cousins' band. Lead guitar and base. Ron and Tom from New Bedford. They then became Blue Hollow.

I just found out that my girlfriends uncles were the bassist and guitarist in this band. I have to say I'm pretty impressed. Catchy as hell.
