I wish I had $750 Million Euros to purchase sealand. Then I would add extra platform to have more space, then I would build houses and a farm on the extra spaces artificial platforms, I would try to expand the land as huge as possible to maybe make it as large as Manhattan, NY. Rent would be cheap and affordable for any one wanting to rent an apartment in Sealand.

With me having backgrounds in Electrical Engineering and computer engineering, I would make a great king of Sealand.

the British government expanded their coastal borders to encompass Sealand, so they couldn't expand anymore even though they are they're own nation still. I thought Sealand would have it's own coastal borders though, to complicated for me.

I think you would make a great citizen and of Sealand, the king would have to be a good diplomat and leader in order to fend off pirates and court orders declaring you not a nation. (atleast you have a lot of prior legal protection)
