Purdential gave out the policy number, had conversations about the account, provied forms to change the beneficary and other paperworkand instructed that person to file a claim on the policy to someone that doesn.t own the policy; then restricted the policy owner from changing and doing anything with it. Prudential says it's their policy to do this before you are dead if someone makes a claim.
