And I do not always need dutch subtitles for English programs that are only aired abroad. I'm fluent enough in English to understand the program without subtitles. But I can imagine that others do need them. But the fact is that this is a purely Belgian program and to understand it, I know this is rude, you have to know Dutch.

@professorquesada1 Why do we need subtitles here? This is a Belgian program no need for subtitles IMO. Sorry if I seem a bit rude but I am a little bit chauvinistic and I think a good program like this one would be ruined by subtitles.

No. I just said that it is a bit dumb for the program 'de jaren stillekes' to make english subtitles if the program is only going to be aired in the dutch speaking part of Belgium. If there is a need for english subtitles than they will make them, but in this case there is no need for english, and any other language, subtitles. If the program is sold to other countries, they will make subtitles for it. That is not the work of the makers or youtube fans.
