A tip to people. when/if you use hydrogen peroxide put quite a lot of petroleum jelly on you aye lashes to stop they bleaching (^_^) xxxx

As a species, our bodies have evolved to run on carbohydrates, the source being a variety of fruits. Try eating more fruit to satisfy your sweet tooth. You may need to eat more volume, but it will satiate you and won't cause you to breakout. Frozen bananas are particularly delicious, satisfying, and inexpensive.

@TheLegoDomination you have to remember that when using all natural products, there are not really any harmful side affects like antibiotics and steroids from the doctor,i use many natural products and they don't harm my skin negatively but i did use a topical cream from my dermatologist for 2 years which ended up making my face extremely sensitive and even MORE acne prone not to mention even more problems i have now,natural products will always be good for you, since we all are part of nature!

I'm so glad I came across your video. In all the years I've had acne, I've never heard of using hydrogen peroxide. I've tried it for a week & along with my regular routine, it has made a world of difference. Thank you SO much for sharing this. I researched it and several articles stated hydrogen peroxide shouldn't be used on scares b/c it slows down the healing process. So I apply it with a cotton swab to spot treat. I hope it works as well for everyone as it has for me. Thanks again! :-)

OMG Farah...hydrogen peroxide?!? Who would've thought? I am definitely gonna try that one!! My skin is not really that bad. I've never been prone to acne, but once I got in my thirties (Ugh!)...its like my skin has gotten a little hormonal. Grrrr!!! So now i'll get little pimples here & there...and its not cute. @devin43099 hehe yes hydrogen peroxide is my dream come true! ive spent money on the expensive stuff and i always come back to my hydrogen peroxide.. u gotta be careful with it but for me.. it works wonders! whenever uf eel a pimple coming on or if u do haev a little pimple jus but a little HP on it and it totally dries it out .. specially when you use it overnight.. its awesome! i hope it works out for you the same way

hydrogen peroxide should not be used daily. it destroys newly formed skin cells

@this1is1me you're right.. hydrogen peroxide can be dangerous, but the solution i use is 3% meaning that 97% of it is water. A lot of the acne 'treatments' on the market have hydrogen peroxide in them, along with harsher chemicals.. ive been using it for many years and my skin feels great (not sayin i have the best skin but im happy) .. if you go tanning often then its probably best to stay away from hydrogen peroxide

You should use a olive oil cleanser!!! Works for me!! I use the one from St-Yves :) Because I used to get pimples or rashes when I used to wash morning and night!

Hi I was wondering if the hydrogen peroxide actualy helps clear dark acne marks? You know, when you have medium to dark skin skin and get pimples, instead of it being red it gets brown . Does it help with that?

@anshila i totally know what you mean! when i first started gettin a lot of acne in high school i use to get brown spots.. when i used hydrogen peroxide they went away for me :) try it out to see if it works for you :) remember everyones skin is different but hopefully it works for you too!

@farahdhukai thanks for getting back to me so quickly. i've been researching hydrogen peroxide on the internet. i've been using a benzoyl peroxide cream for a few months and i like it but now that summer's ending, i think it may be a bit too drying. have you used benzoyl peroxide? which do you think works better on acne (between hydrogen peroxide and benzoyl peroxide) and which is gentler on the skin?

@onaofu hey np :) ive nevr used benzoyl peroxide but i've heard its similar to salicylic acid.. ive read somewhere that benzoyl peroxide creates a byproduct of hydrogen peroxide anyways, so i wud assume that hydrogen peroxide is more gentle on the skin, since another byproduct of benzyol peroxide is benzoic acid too.. thats just my opinion :) im not a dermatologist but i wud think that hydrogen peroxide is more gentle :)
