  • well in fact, chimichurri is from argentina

  • Chimichurri I eat here in Argentina is very often red... I don't know how to make it that way. This is how I make it at home. : J

  • Chimichurri is great on most meats.. That being said, you forgot the cumin seeds. Failed!

  • LOL

  • Yes! is from Argentina!!!

  • Who told u this was argentinian chimichurry!! U have this so wrong.!!!!!!!

  • um... change the title, not argentine chimichurri!

    :(

  • Wrong: no olive oil!!! just corn oil or sunflower oil, olive oil is an italian costum,no red wine vinegar!!! just alcohol vinegar, about the red hot pepper, is dry not fresh, other wise it would be a Salsa Criolla, which is a little bit different, but with red pepper, because we don' t usually use fresh hot pepper that's a mexican taste, we just use the dry version. No oregano!!! because is not a pizza. You can do it like this, but is not an argentinian chimichuRRy.

  • I have made it lemon juice instead of vinegar and it works really well. Never Never keep your hands flat when you are chopping

  • No, no, nooooooooo!!!! You don' t know nothing about Argentinian Chimichurry, lemonnnnn.......!!!!! No!!! That is a crime.

  • lemon is for chicken.

  • Thanks Nicole. I'll give it a try.

  • I will try it! Thanks.
