To me both Democrats and Republicans are two wings of the same bird. Power shifts in the White House and Congress over the years have produced little real change. Even with the polls being rigged Obama is up 8% in the CNN polling but when Independent cable show did there on polling Obama was up by more than 70% only 30% of people voted for Mccain so where are all these votes coming from even Fox News Polls don't add up 83% of Americans said George Bush was the worst president in History and 78% of American thought Mccain was the same as bush 60% of the Americans Thought Mccain was a flip flopper... Well, let me tell you:there have been elections where I have voted for small parties, unlikely to win, but only when I knew that the worse guy was statistically prevented from winning anyway. Otherwise it would have been my duty to do all I can to improve the situation,even if only by a little.That "little" can mean huge differences for a national government.

To me both Democrats and Republicans are two wings of the same bird. Power shifts in the White House and Congress over the years have produced little real change. More then 50% of our incomes goes to taxes, inflation eats away at our spending power and savings, illegal immigrants drive down wages domestically and the rest of the jobs go overseas while government power grows out of control.
If you want true change vote Libertarian. Vote Bob Barr 2008. Any other vote is a vote for the same.

You have many legitimate reasons voting Libertarian--as long as its not McCain and the neocons I am happy. However, you must realize that until we have a 3 party system the best way to defeat the neocons is to vote DNC.

I don't think we have to worry about a neocon president. During the primaries Democrats have shown up at the polls 2 to 1 over Republicans. Democrats are raising money hand and fist over Republicans. In polls more people identify themselves with the Dem party then the Rep party. And I've never seen this many Republicans more disgusted with the presumptive nominee. And finally, most third party votes will come from the Republican side.
I think it's a safe bet our next prez will be Obama.
