@praxxom Could you say more about your concern? IF you watch the second half of the video you'll see that it is tetrahedral. A tetrahedral is only nonpolar when all for groups are the same.

@EnderlePhD Sir, there are two cl atoms so how do we know towards which cl atom the dipole movement points?
@praxxom The net dipole will point between the Cl atoms. See the diagram towards the end of the video.
