@5312138 Umm because alot of people HAVE lost weight doing ZUmba. I lost 3 inches off my hips the first 3 months I did Zumba. You can burn between 500-1000 calories per hour depending on how hard you work.

We like the Video.. Reguarding the other comments to your video: That is why we decided to offer a ZUMBA Alternative. We call it Rhythm Cardio Remix. Zumba is changing it's dance guidelines tio be more uniform from my understanding. Check out our channel We are a little more hip-hop and cardio dance than Zumba. Zumba is great and we love it. This is ZUMBA! It's simple...it's danceing and fitness! I have seen Beto play songs like "SHake it like a polaroid picture" and others...I didn't know there were official "ZUMBA" moves we are supposed to incorporate!That's bull and she is not impersinating anything so why would she be worried of getting caught...of what? I am adding this into our routine next week...it's a warm up song but it still inspires me! It's a fun song...maybe you need to look up the Zumba formula...(grburtonflamenca!)

Zumba doesnt necessarily need to be exactly whats on the adds, the lessons you take to become an instructor only lay down a guideline you can follow or run your own class to the beat of your own drum as it were well done to this instructor fun enjoyable routine : )

You're right, these are not Zumba moves....nor music......the difference between "aerobics" and "zumba" are the steps and music...so why is she misleading?......still looks like a fun workout though...however I'd be afraid of getting caught.:(

if this type of song was played the whole class and nothing else, no it would not be zumba, but zumba is like chicken, remember, you add your own flavor. If she has this in w/other zumba songs, its still zumba and no she cant get in trouble. duh....

I agree with mc13a9. This is not Zumba. If this is the class, and it is called Zumba, she can get in trouble with the Zumba network. There are certain songs and certain moves you are supposed to use with Zumba and this song has none.

Zumba is not all LATIN music!!! it is a mix of latin and whatever else you want!! it can be country if that is what your class likes!! If you are not an instructor don't complain!! Go take the workshop for yourself and get educated before you post your opinion.

I've seen this instructors other vidoes--this is not Zumba.  Either she has never taken a workshop or just doesn't use Zumba music or moves. Call it dance cardio but is misleading to call it Zumba.
