  • Thanks for sharing man. Thumbs up

  • this is just a really deep twist stance

  • dont rename the moves...if yu do its ghey

  • @piggletamber The original names for these moves were all in Chinese languages, anyway. It doesn't matter what you call the move; it matters how you DO the move.

  • your all gay. cuz this video helps

  • You guys look like you're having fun.

  • 0.o this is akward

  • LOL xD

  • lol helped me alot.now i can beat the chinese shifus

  • and wat is this exercise for?? thighs.. calves?

  • This may look effeminate, but if you are in close range, you can trap your opponent's leg and dislocate his/her knee by performing this with some power. Be very careful if you try this with a friend. This twist is no joke!

  • Actually his alignment is off , his feet should make a "T" and he should face perpendicular to the foot at the top of the t,

furthermore he does not show how to advance or retreat with this technique which is crucial

and lastly i agree DONT MAKE UP NEW NAMES IT SUPER GAY!!

  • The people on Expert Village doesnt do anything right........the technique works, but not as it should be!

  • this is lady horse stance. my sifu tells us not to come straight up, instead we start and come back up in hoi ma...or horse stance

  • thats actually a great exercise

  • this is educative its good

  • I thought these were good points.

  • the instructor may or may not be legit but he should really try not to make up his own names for well known techniques or exercises

  • @taoshyr if the kick gets the job done then it is pretty legit.:)
