These dogs are of horrendous quality, as you can see from the blackness around their eyes, that no one has cleaned!! They will be sold as Bichon, or Maltese, because they are white, but they are PUPPY MILL quality being sold at the same prices from a reputable breeder!!! DON'T BUY FROM STORES OR "BREEDERS" THAT SELL MULTIPLE BREEDS, YOU ARE ONLY HELPING THEM MAKE MONEY!!

@CyborgBabe1983 I have a Maltese dog... these dogs are not of great quality, because they are not the correct size and their faces are not the correct shape... but the fact that they have stains around their eyes have nothing to do with their quality. Most Maltese are prone to tear staining (mine is), they have to be cleaned regularly to keep them from looking like the ones in this video. If you look in a source like Wikipedia, you will find more information about this issue.

"Tear stains" are from enzymes in saliva and tears naturally, but correct pH levels in the body have more to do with discoloration than cleaning products or procedures. The Maltese needs to have the hair tied up or trimmed regularly to avoid hair from getting into the eye and cause tear ducts to constantly try to flush. Brush up on your wikismarts
